Submissions should be in English. Translate all foreign language texts quoted in the body of the essay. Provide documentation in endnotes. Submit two double-spaced (including endnotes) typed or printed copies of the essay. Illustrations should be in photocopy form only. After acceptance, submit the essay on computer disk, along with black and white glossy photographs of all illustrations and captions. It is the author's responsibility to obtain permissions for the publication of all photographs.
